Masters of Horror was an anthology TV series that dealt with horror stories directed by big time horror film directors.
Its first episode, Incident On and Off a Mountain Road, was directed by Don Coscarelli (who directed the Phanatasm films, along with Beastmaster).
It involves a group of serial killers who murders their victims in a torture chamber. Heather Fenney, seen strapped down here, is their latest victim.
Heather is bound barefoot throughout her scene.
Bree Turner also stars as a fresh captive of the killers who watches what happens to poor Heather in wide-eyed terror.
The episode, based on a Joe R. Lansdale short story, has a very nice twist at the end.
