Altered

Catherine Mangan stars in Altered, a great SF/Horror film about a group of people who are fighting off aliens in the rural backwoods.

Mangan plays the girlfriend of one of the men who's fighting off the aliens. She gets tied to the bed and gagged with tape "for her own good."

Although her feet aren't tied, she's still barefoot throughout her bondage scene.

And her boyfriend, thinking she's "safe" by tying her to the bed, has actually made things worse for her when an alien pops up in the bedroom. Now she's completely helpless against it.

Altered is very good overall. It was directed by Eduardo Sanchez, who also directed The Blair Witch Project (with Daniel Myrick). Unlike Blair Witch, Altered is not found footage; it's shot like a regular film, and is very scary and gripping.
