James Whitmore starred in a drama series in the late sixties called My Friend Tony. It didn't last long, having been cancelled midway through its first and only season.
In the fourteenth episode, titled "Kidnap" actress Susan Michaels plays a woman who has been, well...kidnapped.
Susan is shown tied down to a bed, dressed in jeans, a shirt and is barefoot.
It's one of my all-time favorite BF bondage scenes, because not only is she bound barefoot, but she escapes, is recaptured and is tied up again.
