I was very happy when I discovered this clip in my files. I don't know what movie/TV show it's from, but it's a very nice scene.
An incompetent police officer arrests a barefoot, bikini-clad woman right on the beach. He puts the cuffs on her in front of the other beach goers.
It's not until a guy comes over and points out that she didn't do anything wrong that the cop finally releases her from the cuffs.
She's not gagged, and nor are her feet tied, but damn does she wiggle very well! You can see this for yourself right here.
