End of Days Pt1

End of Days was a horror/action movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger that was released right at the turn of the century, as well as the new millennium, twenty five years ago.

If you're old enough to recall those times, you'll remember that there was a lot of hype and panic about how the computers were either going to rise up against us, or the world would end because...it was the year 2000.

End Of Days took advantage of this by having the Devil himself raising hell on New Years Eve.

Robin Tunney, who goes barefoot through the better part of this film in various scenes, is relentlessly pursued by various groups because of her significance to a ritual that will be performed on New Years Eve.

Here, she's attacked in her NYC townhouse by assassins who're about to make a point with her..using a knife. More to come. Happy New Years!

The Nightcomers

The Nightcomers is a prequel to The Innocents, a ghost story movie that is based on The Turn of the Screw, published in 1898 by Henry James.

Stephanie Beacham stars as a governness who gets her sleep interrupted by none other than Marlon Brando.

They enjoy some kinky sex late at night, making this one of the better BF bondage scenes.

Stephanie Beacham would later appear on the TV series SeaQuest DSV. I sat through that entire freaking show one time--complete with a talking dolphin--but alas, Stephanie was never shown the ropes like she was in The Nightcomers.

ISOYG Pt2

Dallender then finds herself boxed up and being shipped off to some unknown European country.

We don't see her bonds in these scenes, but since she hasn't removed her gag, one can assume that she's tied up somehow.

After much struggling (which I don't care to show because she gets sexually assaulted again), Dallender's character makes a run for it.

She runs barefoot through some pretty chilly scenes of winter out here.

Getting re-captured, she's cuffed to a support pole.

She's wearing a red dress, but still barefoot. My favorite scene in this whole thing has to be at the beginning, with her lying bound and gagged on the floor. But I Spit On Your Grave 2 is a really hard movie to watch, even with the BF bondage scenes.

ISOYG2 Pt1

The original I Spit On Your Grave, released back in the 1970s, was a very rough flick. It was directed by Wes Craven, who would go on to do Nightmare on Elm Street.

It's been remade, and several sequels have come from the remake.

The more notable is ISOYG 2, featuring Jemma Dallender, who suffers a home invasion late at night in her apartment.

Barefoot, and clad only in her panties and a tank top, she's tied up onscreen by the home invader.

When her neighbor--a guy whom she likes--comes over to see if she's all right, the bound and gagged Dallender is left on the floor as bait for him.

She has to helplessly watch as the home invader kills her neighbor.

The ultimate goal of the home invader is to abduct her to another country, where he will sell her into slavery.

Unfortunately for her, the troubles are just beginning.

Best TV of 2024

Fallout (Amazon) -- I've never played the game, but that's OK, because the TV series that's based on it is still a great deal of fun for those who are not familiar with the IP. A wonderfully imaginative series with a few good BF scenes with the lead actress, including a bondage BF scene.

3 Body Problem (Netflix) -- A different take on the alien invasion story that's riveting to watch. No bondage, but there's a barefoot scene in a beach house. Looking forward to the next season.

Bodkin (Netflix) -- An American podcaster travels to Ireland to try and solve an old murder case with the help of a Dublin-born journalist and researcher. Darkly funny, and gripping to the end.

The Penguin (HBO) -- Batman meets the Godfather in this thrilling series that shows Oz Cobb's rise to becoming the crime boss that we know as the Penguin. There's a nice barefoot scene with Cristin Milioti as she casually strolls through her family's mansion, surveying the damage that she has caused. Excellent series overall!

Agatha All Along (Disney+) -- Wait, what's this? A Disney+ series that doesn't suck? Awesome! A vastly entertaining, and extremely funny, series that focuses on Agatha and her friends as they take a journey on the Witch's Road. Plenty of barefoot scenes, here.

House of the Dragon season 2 (HBO) -- House of the Dragon is only proving itself to be just as good, if not better than, Game of Thrones. Season Two avoids the sophomore slump by only being even better than the first season.

A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (Netflix) -- Emma Myers, who was so good as Wednesday's roomate Enid in the Wednesday TV series, gets her own show where she stars as Pip Fitz-Amobi, a teen who investigates an old murder case. And she really shines in this captivating mystery.

Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft (Netflix) -- Hayley Atwell, who played Captain America's girlfriend in the MCU, now voices the Tomb Raider in this fast-paced, enthalling animated series. This was a lot of fun.

Jurassic World Chaos Theory (Netflix) -- The sequel series to Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous gets darker and more Hitchcockian as the now-young adults try to find out who are targeting them and why. Still plenty of dinosaurs aglore.

Arcane Season Two (Netflix) -- The first season of Arcane was marvelous, and the second is even better. The storytelling, and the incredible visuals are so good that I hate to say goodbye to these characters and the vibrant world they live in.

Best Movies of 2024

Dune: Part Two (Warner Brothers) -- the masterful followup to Part One is a bigger, sprawling epic that is extremely satisfying, especially for long time DUNE fans. We finally got a superb adaptation of the first book, folks. Part Two doesn't have the BF bondage of the first, but there are a few good BF scenes with Florence Pugh.

Deadpool and Wolverine (Marvel/Disney) -- After a dry spell, the MCU finally bats one out of the park with this gem. Comedy gold is mined with finally teaming these two together, but there's also a lot of cool guest stars who show up. No BF or bondage scenes.

Damsel (Netflix) -- Millie Bobbie Brown (Stranger Things) stars in this really great fantasy film where she's offered as a sacrifice to a dragon. No bondage, but she goes barefoot throughout her whole ordeal.

Alien Romulus (20th Studios) -- a fantastic and well-done revival of the Alien franchise that managed to effectively bring back the horror element. No bondage, but there's a great sequence near the end when lead actress Cailee Spaeny goes barefoot for a good long while.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (Warner Brothers) -- A follow-up to the original that's even funnier. Hysterically entertaining, morbid, and charming all at the same time. I loved this. It took about thirty six years to revisit these guys again, but it was well worth the wait.

Late Night With The Devil (IFC Films) -- an entertaining mockumentary that looks at the very last episode of a talk show that aired with an exorcism on Halloween night (yeah, it's one of those). The possessed young lady is tied to a chair with shoes on.

Abigail (Universal) -- a very scary (and also very funny) horror film about a gang of thieves who kidnap a young girl only to find out that she's a vampire. Nothing of interest for us--either BF, or bondage wise--but still well worth your time just for being a wild ride.

Godzilla Minus One (Toho) -- This was released in 2023, but I didn't see it until '24, so that's why it's on this list. And I'm very glad I finally got to see this, because it's superb. Impressively staged and well thought-out, this is easily the definitive modern version of the Big G. The lead actress goes barefoot in her home from time to time, but that's about it for us.

Furiosa (Warner Brothers) -- a furiously thrilling prequel to Mad Max: Fury Road that focuses on Furiosa, well-played here by Anya Taylor Joy. Imaginative and exciting, it also has some of the best BF and BF bondage scenes seen in recent films, all taking place in the first forty five minutes.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes (20th Studios) -- Just when I thought this film series would start running out of steam, it proves me wrong. A fantastic and gripping flick that has a nice long BF section (with a sprinkle of bondage) with Freya Allan. Great movie overall!

Drive Away Dolls (Amazon) -- One of the Coen Brothers directs this fun movie that feels like a story taken directly from the pulps. Exciting, and very funny, this is an enjoyble crime drama/comedy. The girls are both tied to chairs and gagged at one point.

And the "So Bad It's Good" Award goes to:

Madame Web (Sony) -- Yes, it's not a great film by any means. But I still enjoyed this one immensely. Four extremely hot women (including Dakota Johnson and Sydney Sweeney) are being chased around by a superpowered villain? Oh hell yeah! Despite its flaws, I thought it was still a lot of fun in a very silly way. No BF scenes or BF bondage with the women.

P2

Rachel Nichols is one of these great actors who has been bouncing around in a lot of TV and movie projects for a while, now.

She's had parts in the '09 Star Trek, the '11 Conan film, the '05 Amityville Horror, and was the star of the Science Fiction series Continuum (which is very good, BTW).

Her first starring role in a movie was in P2, a thriller about a woman executive getting trapped in a parking garage with a psycho who works as a security guard.

There's brief bondage, but mainly, Nichols loses her shoes and goes barefoot throughout the rest of the film's running time.

So it's a great BF thriller. And it takes place on Christmas Eve. Technically, it's a Christmas movie, too. Merry Christmas.
