In this episode of Highlander (Counterfeit, Part 1), Meilani Paul stars as a prisoner who is freed from a prison van, where she's being transported with her wrists cuffed above her head.
But the group that freed her then cuff Meilani down to a cot, where a doctor examines her.
She has the potential is a contender to be surgically transformed into another woman. Once she gets the plastic surgery, the bad guys hope she can get close to the lead character and kill him.
But there's this wonderful shot of her cuffed bare feet as the doctor walks around the cot that she's secured to. Very nice! You can see the clip right here.
