This was a short, but very nice scene from the first season of Heroes.
In the episode Six Months Ago, actress Nora Zehetner plays a mutant with the superpower to get people to do what she wants them to just by telling them.
When she's caught by the government, Nora's character is chained to a chair and is gagged--she's also barefoot, as well.
