Adventures on Kythera was an Australian TV show for kids that aired back in 1989.
And judging from this clip, it had more action/adventure/excitment than the last Mission Impossible film (at least the villains here are more tangible and realistic than the one in Dead Reckoning Pt 1).
The woman, actress unknown, is barefoot while tied up on board a boat. But her feet aren't tied, and her bondage scene doesn't last for very long. She's quickly rescued by the kids (it is kids' show, after all).
But I still like this scene. I enjoy how the damsel just gets up and runs while still gagged and with her hands tied. You can see this right here.
