Remember America's Most Wanted? That was a series that detailed criminal cases with actors acting out the crimes so the public could help catch the culprit. Germany has its own version of this, called Aktenzeichen XY. There's an episode on youtube that details a home invasion where a man takes two women and another man hostage.
While the intruder makes the man give him the combination for the safe, the women--one an elderly lady and the other a young woman--are left bound hand and foot, gagged and blindfolded on the kitchen floor.
The younger woman is barefoot, and she crawls across the floor so she can unlock the door with her bound feet.
The actress playing the young woman has a very intense scene where she struggles mightily. Kudos to her fearless performance as she writhes around while tightly bound. You can find the episode, where I have the scene keyed up for you in the link, right here.
