Devil Lady

Devil Lady (1998) aka Devilman Lady was an anime TV series that aired back in the late 1990s.

This young lady in the sailor suit has been kidnapped by a weirdo who ties her up. When she's revealed to be bound and gagged, it's a very nice scene, with great detail for an animated show.

The fact that she's barefoot when she's bound makes this scene all the better for me.

I believe the sailor outfit is actually her school clothes. It's been a while since I've seen this.

After gloating over her, the villain lowers her, still bound and gagged, into a basement of horrors.

There are other women down here who are also securely tied while they're having their blood drained by a creature.
