Hoerig bis zur letzten Suende (Subject to the last sin) is a German TV movie that was released back in 1970.
Not having seen the film beyond the scene in this clip, I can't say how good it is, overall. But the clip is very nice.
A barefoot and scantily clad woman is caught while trying to make a phone call by another woman. After a fight, the barefoot woman is then tied up and gagged.
But as if that wasn enough, the bound woman still tries to make a phone call, by reaching for the phone with her bound bare feet. It's a very nice scene, and has become one of my favorites, which you can see right here.
