It's a pretty short scene, but it's one of my all-time favorites from the TV series Heroes. It's from the first season episode Six Months Ago.
Nora Zehetner plays a mutant with the superpower to get people to do what she wants them to just by telling them. But she winds up getting caught by the black gentleman in the background, whose own power nulls those of other mutants.
And so Nora winds up chained and handcuffed to a chair, barefoot, and clad in these weird PJs that the government makes the captured mutants wear.
