There's a lot of drama here, boarding on the sopa operish (I managed to watch the entire film).

A drug dealer breaks into the house and ties up Cheryl's sisters--who are clad in shoes and fully dressed, Drat.
Riding a bit high on the face, isn't it? But it's still a gag, at least.
Ah, but don't count out Cheryl just yet.
Cheryl manages to free herself just enough to attack the drug dealer. And her feet are still tied during the battle. Nice. You can see this scene right here.
