Head of the Family

Head of the Family is a low budget horror/comedy that stars actress Jacqueline Lovell, who winds up performing in a family play.

Did I mention that it's a very strange family, and that Lovell is performing against her will?

She's tied to a pole with her wrists bound above her head. She's barefoot and clad in a nice short nightie.

But this nightie soon gets ripped off of her, revealing her to be completely naked, with full frontal nudity. And, even like this, she's still forced to participate in the weird little play.
