Abyss of Love

This is from a Vietnamese series called Abyss of Love (Vuc tham tình yêu), featuring actress Kim Anh Nhat.

Nhat plays twin sisters in this series--with this sister, the one who get kidnapped and tied up, being the "bad" twin.

The "bad" sister gets held captive for a long time, all while bound hand and foot and gagged.

There's even a scene when her abductor carries her bound body over his shoulder. She's also blindfolded here.

She leaves her in the jungles, where she's able to free herself. Kim Anh Nhat goes barefoot throughout her scenes of captivity, which you can see right here.
