I've never seen this, beyond the clip. So I don't know what this is, exactly--other than the fact that it looks like a Russian TV production.
This young barefoot lady has been taken hostage and tied up--and not only that, but she's got this chain wrapped around her neck, with the other end attached to the wall.
She struggles against her bonds mightily, giving us some very nice bound barefoot shots.
