The revisionist western Soldier Blue starred a young Candice Bergen, who gets captured by Donald Pleasance and gets tied up in the back of his wagon (along with a soldier played by Peter Strauss).
I can't say for sure if this was the very first bondage scene that I saw as a young boy, but I can recall being memserized by Bergen's struggling against her bonds in this scene when I first saw it on TV many years ago.
Bergen and Strauss later get tied to a tree, from which they eventually make their escape.
It wasn't until much later that I saw the poster for the film featured a barefoot and bound woman. I still wish Bergen was dressed like this when she was tied up. Oh well.
