BOP

I used to read the Birds of Prey comic book from DC.

It had some great artwork, and the stories were pretty good, too.

But the BOP comic also had something else that I really liked. It's something that you can see in these pictures. Can you guess what it might be? :)

Lexx

I was never a fan of the science fiction TV series Lexx, because it always felt very dopey to me, like it couldn't even take itself seriously.

However, Lexx still had its fair share of bondage scenes, with one of them featuring its female lead bound while barefoot.

Eva Habermann, who plays Zev, gets captured by a mad scientist who wants to experiment on her.

She's barefoot and scantily clad when this happens.

The name of the episode is Terminal, from the second season.

Zev turns out fine in the end--but of course she does; she's one of the stars of the show.

Some nice scenery here. Maybe I should reconsider my thoughts on the show and give it a second chance.

More Supergirl

How could I forget this?! Remember in my previous Supergirl post where I said Kara/Supergirl she didn't go barefoot on the series all that often?

Well, I forgot about this moment in the pilot, the very first episode of the series. She's trying on different outfits to wear as Supergirl, and comes out to show off this one, which wasn't chosen (damn it).

Also, if you can indulge me one more shot from Supergirl: Calista Flockhart, in the same pilot, removes her shoes while sitting at her desk.

We don't see her feet in this shot (drat), but it's nice to know that Cat Grant works in her office sans shoes.

Bait

The heroine of my latest Poser picture finds herself in a precarious position: being offered up as bait. Find out what's going on right here.

Note: the picture I used here is from The Chaser.

Space: 1999

It's September 13 today, and you know what that means. In the 1970s SF TV show Space: 1999, they establish that the moon was blasted out of Earth's orbit on September 13, 1999.

To celebrate this day (as only this site can) here are vidcaps of Zienia Merton as series regular Sandra in the first season episode The Full Circle. Barefoot and dressed as a cavegirl, Sandra is captured by hunters and brought back to their cave tied to a pole.

Once back at their cave, Sandra is tied in spread-eagle fashion to a frame, where she's presumedly going to be sacrificed.

The attention to detail, especially to her bound bare feet, is very nice to see. This is the only bondage scene from Space: 1999, and it's great to see a BF bound cavegirl theme.

Sandra gets saved, of course. She continues onward with Moonbase Alpha through its trek through the whacky cosmos. You can see the clip itself right here.

The Perils of Bathrobe Betty

I found this clip in my files called The Perils of Bathrobe Betty--well, that's not the actual name of the TV show this is from. The name of the clip, which was not made by me, is S0usL3Sol3il S9xEp8 Ad3l1neBl0nd1e4u. I figured out that it was the eight episode of the ninth season, and that was about as far as I got.

But it's a very nice clip, lasting eight minutes, featuring a bathrobe-clad and barefoot woman who's been abducted.

She gets tied up, makes her escape, gets re-captured and then tied up again. She's never gagged, but gets hand-gagged twice.

But even when re-captured, she still doesn't give up. She's always fighting.

Eventually, abductor and captive become "friends" and he unties her. You can see this right here.

Dr. Strange 2

Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness is an extremely entertaining film on so many levels. And, as if like the icing on the cake, there's even an extended BF scene, as well.

Elizabeth Olsen plays the villain of the movie, a sorceress named Wanda (AKA The Scarlet Witch) who was a former superhero who got real dark when she lost her family.

Long story short: she's seen battling the superheroes of an alternate Earth, and throughout the whole battle, Wanda is barefoot.

The reason she's dressed like a barefoot suburban housewife is because evil Wanda has taken over the body of the good Wanda who lives here.

Near the end of the film, good Wanda confronts evil Wanda--and, apparently, it looks like good Wanda really enjoys going barefoot. Good for her.
