Il Demonio

Daliah Lavi plays a possessed young woman in Il Demonio--or The Demon--a 1963 film that takes place in Italy.

At one point, Lavi lies on a bed in a trance-like state. She's barefoot and clad only in a simple white shift. Her wrists are very well bound together behind her back. This is the only scene where she's tied up in the film, but what a nice one! You can see this clip right here.
