Im Schatten der Angst (In The Shadow of Fear) is a 2019 German TV film.
I don't know much about this flick, because I haven't seen it beyond what's on display in this clip (from which I got these vidcaps).
But, as you can see, there's a damsel, and she's in distress--very much so.
She's also barefoot and scantily clad. And, when you get down to it, what more do we need to know? You can see it right here.
