Three

Kelly Brook stars in Survival Island, which is also known as Three. At the very beginning of the film, she has a consensual bondage scene with Billy Zane, who plays her husband.

But, later in the movie, when she and Billy are castaways on a tropical island, they have a spat--which leads to Kelly getting tied up for real.

She's even gagged for good measure. That must have been a helluva fight.

At one point, while her hubby is battling the good guy, Kelly steps up onto a box to get closer to the knot that securing her bound body to the pole. She tries to free herself while the boys are fighting.

It should be noted that Kelly is not only barefoot throughout this bondage scene, but she goes barefoot throughout the better part of the movie, as well. You can see this scene right here.
