Il Demonio, or The Demon, is an Italian film from 1963 that deals with the possession of a young woman in Italy. Daliah Lavi plays the possessed woman.
At one point, she lies in a trance-like state while tied up "for her own good." I meant to add this to last month's daily Halloween celebration, but it's just as well to put it up now. While I really love Halloween, I still watch horror movies all year long, anyway. You can see this clip right here.
