Chaos

Miki Nakatani stars in a Japanese film called Chaos (also known as Kaosu) from 1999.

It has a very nice scene where she gets tied up on-screen.

She's a willing participant in her own bondage, as well.

She's involved in her own fake kidnapping.

But, judging from the 'caps, she certainly seems to be really into it.

The fact that she's barefoot throughout makes this a good one for me.

The movie's worth tracking down just for this scene alone.
