Anne Parillaud, the French actress who had a memorable naked handcuff scene in Innocent Blood, also had another memorable moment with cuffs (and nudity) in the French film Pour la peau d'un flic (For a Cop's Hide, also known as Whirlpool).
Parillaud plays the girlfriend of a private detective in this action/adventure flick. She gets kidnapped by the bad guys, and when the heroes rescue her, she's found to be handcuffed by her wrists to the head of a bed, completely naked. It goes without saying that she's barefoot, as well (nudity equals being barefoot, and all that good stuff).
The bad guys are blown away by the good guys, and Parillaud is quickly uncuffed from the bed.
I've had to be careful in choosing the vidcaps to go up here because I can't show full-on nudity. However, the clip has all of the nudity in full view, which you can see right here.
