Tied Up

Tied Up is a short film (6 min) that was directed by Tim Fitzgerald. Despite it's short run time, it still manages to be very suspenseful.

Marta Cena stars as a young woman who's in a lot of trouble. She wakes up in a closet, bound hand and foot and gagged.

She's barefoot, clad in just short shorts and a white tank.

And she survives her ordeal thanks to a very cool twist, which you can see right here.

A Nice Find

I've been online since the mid 1990s (ah, the bad old days of dial up!), and have been downloading tons of stuff--most of which I've lost, but a lot I still have, like these pictures. Back in the day they would scan pictures from the old bondage magazines and post them online.

This set of pictures was one of my very favorite things to download. I was always looking for barefoot bondage (and still am now). The damsels could be fully dressed, as long as they were BF.

And a set featuring not one, but two BF damsels? Coming across this was a nice find for me.

The House Call

The House Call is a neat little short horror film about a young woman, a psychiatrist at a hospital, who is asked to check in on a patient at her home.

Before the psychiatrist even shows up, we are introduced to the "patient," a woman who's tied down to a bed, barefoot and clad in a night gown. While she struggles against her bonds, the shrink and the bound woman's brother get into a conversation about demonic possession.

This is a very good, well made movie. And isn't it strange I found this a day after putting up the The Exorcism of Emily Rose vidcaps? Is it me, or is Halloween starting early this year? No complaints here if it is. You can see the short film below:

Exorcism of Emily Rose

Jennifer Carpenter stars as the title character in The Exorcism of Emily Rose.

Like with Linda Blair, Jen gets her hands tied to the head of the bed while her family and a priest try to drive the devil from her.

Emily Rose is a fantastic horror film that's very scary in a way that's completely unnerving. It scares you through shadows and silence.

I love this moment when Jen leans forward against her bonds. She's got this great "don't fuck with me, fadder" look on her face.

Jen gives an amazing performance in this, and there are moments where she's genuinely creepy, and it's all from her acting.

This was directed by Scott Derrickson, who went on to direct the remake of The Day The Earth Stood Still, Sinister, the first Doctor Strange, and The Black Phone. Great director, and great stuff.

Der Ballermann

Hard to believe this film is now ten years old, but this year indeed marks a full decade since the release of Der Ballermann: Ein Bulle auf Mallorca (Google translation: The Ballermann: A Bull in Mallorca).

Steffi (Nina-Friederike Gnädig) is caught snooping by the bad guys. When she's caught, she's wearing heels with a business-type outfit.

But the heels come off when she's tied to a chair, as a long, slow pan up from her bound barefeet reveal her lovely legs.

Her jacket's even removed, her arms are tied behind her back and she's gagged with duct tape.

And this classic damsel in distress scene ends when Steffi is rescued. Happy Birthday, Der Ballerman! You can see it right here.

Contraband

Contraband, aka The Naples Connections, stars Ivana Monti as the wife of a smuggler.

She's been kidnapped by a rival gang of smugglers in order to force her husband to work with them.

Barefoot, she's clad in a dress and is bound hand and foot. She's further gagged on screen.

As if this wasn't terrible enough treatment, the poor woman is then raped, and the whole sordid scene is shown.

I saw this a few years ago on DVD (which is where these vidcaps are from). This Italian crime thriller has a very hard edge throughout its running time and is not for the faint of heart.

No Love Lost

House of the Dragon

I recently watched the first episode of the Game of Thrones prequel, House of the Dragon, and enjoyed it very much. Taking place some 200 years before the events of GOT, HOTD (or HOT D, as some people refer to it), focuses on Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, well-played by Milly Alcock. She's with Emily Carey in the picture above, who plays her handmaiden, Alicent Hightower.

But it's Matt Smith (who played the eleventh Doctor on Doctor Who) who really shines here as Daemon Targaryen. Daemon looks like he's going to be the bad guy (maybe) of the piece--but, thankfully, HOTD is so well written that just about everybody in the royal court really needs to be watched very carefully. It's turning out to be just as sophisticated as GOT with its back-stabbing behind the scenes politics.

The first episode is a slow burn, but that's understandable, seeing how the new characters and situations have to be introduced. But starting off the story with Princess Rhaenyra riding her dragon through the skies over King's Landing is a great way to get the story rolling. Granted, this is only the first episode--but I really liked what I've seen so far. Bring on the rest of the season.

I.T.

I used a picture from I.T. on one of my Poser picture posts, and it made me want to revisit this 2016 film.

It's a middling thriller with a very nice BF bondage scene with Stefanie Scott and Anna Friel, who respectively play the daughter and wife of Pierce Brosnan.

At the film's climax, Brosnan arrives home to find them bound and gagged and at the mercy of a psychopath who has been stalking them.

This scene is normally very dark, taking place at night with the lights out. But this clip has been brightened up very nicely by whoever originally clipped it. You can see the clip right here.

Nothing Compares 2 U

I found a clip of Sinead O'Connor performing her hit single Nothing Compares 2 U live in concert.

The fact that she's barefoot while singing this song has everything to do with it being mentioned here. You can see the clip at the link below:

Shut In (the real one)

First off, this version of Shut In stars Naomi Watts and was released back in 2016. There's been another Shut In that was released just this past winter starring Rainey Qualley, which I haven't seen yet.

You would think there would be some kind of a rule that stops a more recent film from using the same title that an older film already has--but that's Hollywood for you.

But in the 2016 Shut In, ably directed by Farren Blackburn, Naomi Watts plays a child shrink who's being held against her will in her own home.

She's been knocked out by an intruder, and after she wakes up, Watts finds herself tied up in a tub filled with water, naked.

Although she's naked, we never really see anything, thanks to the tub. Sadly, even though it's clear that her ankles are tied, we never see that, either.

It's still a great bondage scene, with Watts working on freeing herself of her bonds.

It takes place during the dead of winter in the middle of a howling blizzard outside, so having Watts be stripped nude before being bound was really a pleasant surprise for me, anyway.

The Gendarme

In my quest for "summery bondage" I posted the Morangos clip the other day, and that one was nice. But this clip is much better. It's from a movie called The Gendarme and the Creatures from Outer Space (1979).

At least this clip better matches the "summery" mood I was looking for, with its bikini-clad and barefoot woman (actress unknown) getting handcuffed by a cop.

She's somehow mistaken for an alien (???) and is arrested right on the beach by the cop.

The Northman

I recently saw The Northman, and really liked it very much. This was an epic adventure about a viking prince seeking revenge for his slain father (plus the fact that he was driven from his kingdom as a boy under threat of death).

The bad guys, feeling the heat from our hero, think they're under attack from demons (it's the 10th century, after all). So they prepare a human sacrifice, with this poor maiden chosen to be the sacrificial lamb.

Barefoot, and trussed up to the point of being hog-tied, she's also gagged and blindfolded to boot. Although brief, this scene was still a pleasant surprise in a movie that I already enjoyed a great deal.

And what's even better is that the Northman, being the ultimate badass that he is, even saves this girl from a horrible death.

And, as if that wasn't enough, the always great Anya Taylor-Joy also stars in the film as a fellow slave of the Northman.

She goes barefoot in several scenes, including this one. The Northman is certainly very highly recommended for just being a great movie, overall. Go see it.
