Darkness: Those Who Kill

There's a Danish thriller called Darkness: Those Who Kill, which has a very nice scene.

In the seventh episode of the first season, Tessa Hoder is taken hostage and is bound hand and foot and gagged with duct tape. She's barefoot.

There's an American version of this series, with Chloë Sevigny starring as the lead investigator who hunts serial killers.
