Lord & Slave

There's a Mexican movie called Esclavo y amo (Slave and Master) about a young rich woman who's kidnapped for ransom.

The abducted woman, Lisette, is played by actress Natali Velasco.

And she goes barefoot throughout (well, almost all of) her tie up scenes.

Her scenes in the film are few and inbetween, as the main focus is on a detective who's trying to find her.

But eventually, despite the mistreatment, she's rescued and all ends well.

At one point in the film, Veronica de la Campa, who plays the detective's wife, is wrongly arrested, and is led away in cuffs.

Betty Monroe plays a friend of Lisette, who gets left on the side of the road by the kidnappers while still gagged and cuffed behind her back.

And, finally this is a shot of Lisette when she's first been abducted. Just tying to be complete, even if they're not all BF in every scene.
