Blond: Eva Blond! was a German crime series that ran from 2002 to 2006. And its very first episode had a very nice scene.

An actress is bound in a tight hogtie on what looks like a bed. She's also gagged with what looks like plastic wrap--the same stuff she's bound with. Her captor, a man, lords over her.

This actress, whose name is not knowm, does a great job at emoting fear and terror.
