La Casa

Karla Monroig stars in Behind Closed Doors (La casa de al lado), a Spanish soap opera. She was busy tracking down the identity of a serial killer when she wound up getting caught by him. 

He ties her up in a dark basement. She's clad in a dress and is barefoot. 

She struggles valiantly, but to no avail. The serial killer shows up and leers at her. Her gag is removed. 

There's a woman hanging from her tied wrists, but unfortunately she's dead, a previous victim of the serial killer. He takes the body, leaving his live and extremely anxious snoop behind. You can see this scene right here.
