Deadlier Than the Male

Deadlier Than the Male was a spy film that was released back in the late sixties, no doubt to cash in on the James Bond craze.

It referred to women assassins who turned out to be (GASP!) just as deadly (and badass) than their male counterparts.

This sequence, showing a pair of giggly, bikini-clad women emerging on the beach from a swim is a prime example.

Instead of being bimbos, they turn out to be assassins who take out everybody on the beach (after making sure these people are their proper targets).

I've only seen it once, and enjoyed it. But the only thing that really stuck out for me was this opening scene.

The fact that these assassins are barefoot and clad in bikinis while doing their wet work might have something to do with my fondness for this scene. Stay safe!
