The Woods

Agnes Bruckner stars in The Woods, a supernatural horror film that takes place at a private school for girls.

At one point, she gets restrained to her bed while in the hospital.

The movie is pretty good overall; it's a well-done mystery that's pretty creepy (and perfect to watch during Halloween).

But having this BF bondage scene is certainly a nice addition to the spooky fun.
