Happy Halloween!

Just in time for Halloween, we have the Sea Witch Patrol. It was a pretty ingenious idea to take pictures of these divers on brooms underwater. It must have been an interesting shoot.

And may you and yours have a very Happy Halloween today.

A Bell From Hell

Maribel Martin, Christine Betzer, and Nuria Gimeno star in A Bell From Hell, a Spanish horror film released back in 1973.

The actresses, who play sisters, have all been captured by their cousin, who is clearly insane.

The cousin binds up the three women--all naked--in a dank basement.

The girls are all strung up, with their hands above their heads, like slabs of meat about to sliced up--which is what the crazy cousin is planning.

It's a very tense scene, with the damsels eventually turning the tide, and it's one of my favorites. I don't know who clipped this, but you can find it right here.

The Creeper

A woman thinks she can escape The Creeper. Unfortunately for her, that does not turn out to be the case. Find out what happens in my latest Poser picture, which you can find right here.

Ah, Kate....

Been going through some old picture files on disc that I have, and I came across these pictures of Kate Beckinsale.

They're publicity shots, not from any movie or another projects...but who cares? :)

This woman doesn't take a bad photo, ever. It's just not possible.

To tie these in with the Halloween season, Kate does star in the Underworld cinematic series as a bad-ass vampire who's a werewolf killer. The first film is the best one.

King Kong and After.Life

Christina Ricci posed for this publicity picture as Ann Darrow from King Kong (complete with her seated in a giant ape hand) several years ago. If I recall correctly, this was the cover of a magazine, but I don't remember which. I had the magazine, but lost it. Now I've found this picture again, and that makes me happy.

Here are some stills of Ricci from a movie called After.Life. She actually plays a dead woman in a morgue who refuses to lay down and die--literally.

Liam Neeson co-stars as a mortician who tries to explain the situation to her.

But Ricci's character refuses to listen, instead roaming around the mortuary barefoot and clad only in a scant red dress. After.Life isn't a flat-out horror film, but it's just enough of a darker shade of a fantasy to be enjoyed around Halloween.

Satanic Panic

In Satanic Panic, Hayley Griffith stars as a pizza delivery girl who runs afoul of a satanic cult. In this scene (my favorite of the film) she comes across Ruby Modine, who's been stashed in a bedroom.

Modine (or her body double) is bound in a very nice hogtie on a bed. She wears a black hood when Griffith finds her.

Modine is also nicely gagged, as well.

Modine plays the daughter of the leader of the cult, who had been grooming her to be sacrificed...until she had sex with her boyfriend.

Eventually both young women wind up on the sacrificial altar.

Satanic Panic is highly recommended not just for these scenes, but because it's a fun horror/comedy (it's also very gory, BTW). You can see a clip of these scenes, taken by Abductor88, right here.

47 Meters Down

47 Meters Down stars Mandy Moore and Claire Holt as two sisters who go vacationing in Mexico. They decide to go see some sharks...and that's when the screaming begins.

The sisters are protected from the sharks by a shark cage. But the shark cage falls to the bottom of the ocean, trapping the girls with only an hour's worth of air and surrounded by hungry sharks.

While Moore and Holt wear diving gear, they don't wear flippers--instead they go barefoot throughout their underwater ordeal (which lasts for the better part of the film's running time).

47 Meters Down is a fun, scary flick that might be enjoyable for Halloween. They made a sequel, 47 Meters Down: Uncaged. I haven't seen the sequel yet.

It would serve as a nice double with the recent Crawl.

The Rise of Skywalker final trailer

This looks like it might be very good. I'm still hoping that Palpatine's appearance here will be more than just a cameo. Hopefully, he's a major player who shakes things up in the Star Wars universe.

I can't help but notice a classic design Star Destroyer rising from the water at one point in the trailer. And while it's a cool shot, it reminds me of when the USS Enterprise was submerged in Star Trek: Into Darkness, which was also directed by JJ Abrams. He seems to have a thing for sinking starships, doesn't he?

A pair of professional haunters find themselves being haunted on the job by a very strange man in my latest Poser picture. You can see it right here.

Criminal

I just came across this while surfing the inter-webs. This is a clip from the movie Criminal, starring Kevin Costner and Gail Godot. In this clip, Superman's adopted father binds Wonder Woman to her bed. While Godot's feet aren't tied, she is barefoot, and even engages in a little reach and grab with her foot. Nice little scene.

Paranormal Activity

With Halloween creeping up on us, I thought I'd share from pictures from Paranormal Activity 2.

And some BF shots from Paranormal Activity 4.

Happy (almost) Halloween!

A review of Crawl

Kaya Scodelario (Tiger House) stars as Haley in Crawl, the latest film from director Alexandre Aja (High Tension). Haley, a champion swimmer in college, is forced to check on her father when all contact with him breaks off in the middle of a hurricane. When she drives down to his house, she finds him injured and alone while under siege by an alligator--all while also fighting the rising waters from the hurricane.

While there are no bondage scenes here (which is just as well, considering it wouldn't be very realistic for alligators to tie up their prey, anyway), what makes Crawl really enjoyable is that Haley goes barefoot throughout the whole film's running time (with the exception of a brief sequence at the beginning when she wears flip-flops). She's battling the alligators and the elements in her bare feet, making the film all the better for me.

But aside from the fact that its heroine is BF the whole time, Crawl is also a great, gripping thriller on its own. Kaya Scodelario easily makes Haley an extremely sympathetic character whom you root for from the get-go, and the film cranks up the suspense early on and never lets up until the end. This is highly recommended.

Dinner

This short film has a nicely dark, creepy vibe that's just perfect for the Halloween season. A barefoot woman finds herself an unwilling guest at a weird dinner party.

House of Darkness: New Blood

It's getting close to Halloween, so it's time to put up some Halloween-themed bondage clips. The first being House of Darkness: New Blood.

Kate Stone stars as a young mother who suspects occult activity...but she's too late to do anything about it, having been abducted by said cult.

When she's abducted, Kate's barefoot, and the film offers some nice shots of her bound feet.

Seriously, we have some major lingering going on here.

This is the obligatory "exposition" scene, where the cultists explain to Kate, while she sits struggling, their mad plans.

This is a Lifetime Movie, not Midsommar, so everything works out eventually. You can see this clip right here.

Happy (early) Halloween!

Phantasm II

Paula Irvine stars as the female lead in Phantasm II, the sequel to the horror movie classic. She makes an interesting appearance as a "message" that's been sent to our heroes by the Tall Man. While she sports a nice gag, we don't see much else thanks to a large black robe. This scene gets grisly.

She later gets hand-gagged by a priest while wandering around the Tall Man's lair.

Much later, Irvine's character gets captured and strapped down to a gurney.

Once again, she sports a very nice gag.

She's about to be burned alive in a crematorium--until she escapes this ghastly fate.

She's not barefoot, but I still like this scene because of the intense gag that Irvine has. Also, she makes for a good, feisty damsel who never gives in. Phantasm II is recommended overall as a good Halloween flick.
