Hostile hostage takeover

This is a production from Thailand that has a woman bound and gagged in what looks like a shower stall, but it could really be anything.

This is what happens when you don't pay the rent on your office space on time; the landlord gets tough with you! Actually, I really have no idea why this nice woman is bound and gagged, other than it's probably for nefarious reasons.

She gets rescued. though. No worries. This was clipped by florentina. You can download it right here.

Mad Max

In Mad Max Fury Road, a chase across the desert begins when Furiosa (Charlize Theron) tries to liberate the "wives" of Immortan Joe, a warlord in the post apocalyptic wastelands.

Zoƫ Kravitz, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Riley Keough, Abby Lee, and Courtney Eaton play the five reluctant "wives" of Immortan Joe.

Three of the five wives go barefoot throughout the entire movie

It helps that the majority of the film takes place in a sandy desert setting.

But even if the "wives" were all wearing boots, Mad Max Fury Road would still be an amazingly great film. It's an action movie classic that's flawless in every way. If you haven't seen it yet then you are in for a big treat. It's highly recommended.

Predator

I was never a really big Predator fan. I enjoyed the first movie well enough when I saw it in theaters, but the sequel was pretty bad. And when Aliens Vs Predators came out, I was rooting for the Aliens to win (I was always more of a fan of the Alien films, anyway).

The movie Predators, with Adrian Brody, was interesting, but it basically served up more of the same plot: the predator hunts people through a forest/jungle. This new version looks like it's pretty much the same deal, but with Shane Black (Lethal Weapon; Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang; Iron Man III) behind the camera, I'm hoping it'll be as good as the 1987 original with Arnie. We'll see.

Something's not right

Christine noticed something odd about the inn she stayed at. But when she went out for a late night snooping excursion, Christine was captured! Find out what happened to Christine in my latest Poser artwork picture, which has been posted right here.

Short film

This is a short film that I've found online. Boy meets girl, boy ties up girl, girl makes daring escape.... It's very good for a short, low budget film.

Getting strapped on H50

Brenda Scott gets really agitated on this episode of Hawaii Five-O.

So she gets strapped down to the bed by the staff of the mental institution.

This short but sweet scene was clipped by togolane. You can download it right here.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

I managed to catch an early screening of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom late Thursday night. I enjoyed the movie a great deal. When I saw the opening scene, with the Mosasaurus (the crocodile-like dino with the fins that swims through the water), which is one of my favorite dinosaurs, I realized that this movie was going to be good. I didn't think they would have been able to get the Mosasaurus back in this one, but the fact that they did so made me very happy.

The dinosaur action is fun and very imaginative. The CGI effects were very crisp and realistic--with everything from a raging volcano to raging dinosaurs, it was all very well done. The dinosaur fan within me was pleased.

The only problem I have is that Fallen Kingdom is a little too familiar to The Lost World: Jurassic Park in terms of plot. But, it still breaks away from the "running from the dinos in the jungle" story trope in a very nice way. And the ending opens up the series in a new direction that looks pretty exciting. All in all, I liked Lost Kingdom a great deal.

There's also some bondage in the film, although it's very slight. Daniella Pineda, who plays Zia Rodriguez, is captured by the bad guys. She's standing with her arms behind her back at one point. We don't see any bonds, but the implication is pretty obvious that she's tied. Later, she's seen handcuffed with one wrist to a cage containing a dinosaur. The handcuffs on her wrist are clearly seen. A dinosaur flick with something for everybody? What's not to love?

How now brown Tau?

Maika Monroe, from It Follows, stars in a new thriller on Netflix. Her new film is called Tau, and she appears to be the unwilling guest of a scientist who wants to perform experiments on her.

As these pictures show, there's plenty of bondage in this one. She also goes barefoot, as well.

It debuts on Netflix June 29. I'm looking forward to seeing this, and not just for the usual reasons. Tau looks like it might be an interesting story, overall. We shall see.

Jurassic Terror

A babe in a bikini (well, half of a bikini) goes for a walk on a nice, secluded beach...only to find herself bound, gagged, caged, and with a dinosaur peeking in at her! What the hell, man?! The travel agent never mentioned anything about this happening! To see the Jurassic horrors in my latest Poser picture, just go here.

Deratting Amy

Amy Madison (played by Elizabeth Anne Warren) was a witch who went up against Buffy The Vampire Slayer and lost--by being turned into a rat.

In the sixth season episode, Smashed (ep. 9), Amy is permanently changed back into human form by Willow, and there's this wonderful scene of her sitting on a bed.

Newly dressed (she was naked when she first changed back) Amy sits on the bed in pure bewilderment as Willow tries to make her as comfortable as possible.

I just love the way she's sitting here, in a position of pure vulnerability and confusion.

It was also cool how Buffy revisited villains from prior seasons, such as here.

The (flying?) Nun

OK, so it looks like each of the creeps from the Conjuring films are getting their own films, including the Nun. She was the really creepy specter who haunted Vera Farmiga in The Conjuring 2 (Electric Boogaloo). Now, in her own film, the Nun is haunting Taissa Farmiga.

Is there some reason why the Nun is only going after members of the Farmiga family? Do they owe her money, or something? All will be revealed, I suppose, when this comes out in September. Although I didn't like Annabelle, I really enjoyed the Conjuring movies very much, so I'm willing to give this a shot.

Three Days

Three Days is a political thriller that takes place in South Korea when the life of their president is threatened.

The damsel in this clip is a perky (the bad guys would think she's pesky) reporter who gets captured straight out of her hospital room.

She's left tied barefoot to a chair in an office, where the lead villain gloats at her. But he leaves her alone, which enables her to try and break free (sort of like a South Korean version of Nancy Drew). You can download this clip right here.

Space Cavegirl

It's a nice, late spring day, which led me to thinking it would be a perfect time to see a jungle girl flitting through the wilderness.

Or, they could be carried through the foliage while tied to a pole.

Here's a scene of actress Zienia Merton, as Sandra from the SF series Space 1999, being carried off by cave dwellers in the episode "The Full Circle."

These pictures are presented here because, why the heck not?

Speaking of jungle girls, the latest Ryta novel is going well. I'm about halfway through it now, and I even have an idea for the book to come after this one. If you haven't read my Ryta The Jungle Girl books, you can start with the first one right here.

The Girl In The Spider's Web

Author Stieg Larsson created one of the most indelible characters in Lisbeth Salander, a hacker who is also the ultimate warrior when it comes to seeking justice for victims of horrendous crimes. Although Larsson passed away, his character lives on in a new book (written by another author) and now a new movie called The Girl In The Spider's Web.

I'm glad to see Lisbeth return, especially since it looks like she will be the focal point of this story, which she should be, because she's such a fascinating person. Claire Foy (The Crown) will be playing her this time. Rooney Mara played Lisbeth in the 2011 remake of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, directed by David Fincher. Noomi Rapace was the first (and best, IMO) actress to play Lisbeth in the original Swedish films based on Larsson's first three books.

There's also a scene in the trailer showing a woman trapped in a vacuum sealed mummified suit.

Is this Lisbeth? We'll see soon enough when the film comes out. I'm looking forward to this one, even if it didn't have a scene of interest.

if kauf mir liebur einen tirolerhut

In If kauf mir liebur einen tirolerhut, a bunch of local women feel threatened by a group of young, good looking tourists. So the local women decide to kidnap the younger women en mass.

Fortunately (for me) the younger women are abducted from their beds, while they are barefoot and clad in scant sleep wear. The local women take them to a barn.

But the younger women prove to be just as inventive as the local folk, and start working to get themselves free. This is a very broad comedy with a great barefoot bondage scene that features five damsels.

I haven't actually seen this entire film, but this clip of the scene from M Johns is the best version of it, being longer with a clear picture.

You can download this clip right here.

Suspiria

I really wasn't looking forward to seeing the remake of Susipira, the 1977 horror movie directed by the Italian maestro of film fear, Dario Argento. But when I saw this first trailer, I was intrigued.

For one thing, there's this shot of Dakota Johnson (daughter of Don) dancing in her bare feet. She plays a student at a prestigious academy.

And then there's this shot, featuring a woman (Dakota Johnson?) tied to a table. So there's definitely scenes of barefooted women and bondage in this, but do we have barefoot bondage scenes? Hmm. Stuff to ponder until this comes out in the fall. :)

True love...and duct tape

Annie, my magician's assistant, meets a new guy whom she's attracted to. Of course, when they first meet, the guy's binding Annie up hand and foot. Has this potential relationship already hit the rocks? See for yourself right here.

Annihilation

Here are vidcaps of the scene from Annihilation, featuring Natalie Portman, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Tessa Thompson tied to chairs.

It's VERY dark...literally. I had to brighten these pictures in a photo program.

It's a scene that comes by surprise, because the book that this film was based on didn't have any bondage in it.

The women are a scientific team who're sent to investigate a strange anomaly called The Shimmer.

To say that they have an interesting adventure is putting it mildly.

The above Poser picture, created by me, is my take on this scene. None of this "fully dressed while sleeping" nonsense. :)

I, Poster

Clearing out my files today, and I came across this picture. It's the poster for a movie that's supposed to be an interactive horror movie. I checked the IMDB page, and it doesn't look as if it's been released. Very nice poster, though.

Night Gallery

A deep cut here. The TV series Night Gallery was known as Rod Serling's "second show" after the more famous Twilight Zone. Like TZ, NG was an anthology series, telling a new tale with every episode.

One of the episodes of NG was The Doll of Death, starring Susan Strasberg as a woman who lives in the West Indies. She's about to get married to a wealthy plantation owner, but ditches him at the last minute for her lover.

Problems arise when the ditched plantation owner switches to voodoo to get revenge.

Strasberg, who was the daughter of actor Lee Strasberg, goes barefoot throughout the entire episode.

The episode was directed by John Badham, who would go on to direct Wargames and Blue Thunder.

The Doll of Death aired during the third season of Night Gallery.

It's available in various forms of media.
