Riptide redux

Somebody asked for this clip from Riptide to be put back up. So here it be. A barefoot, bikini-clad cutie is kept as a bound hostage in a beach shack until her rescue.

And, actually, yes, I did clip this one myself. You can find this right here.

Game of Thrones

Just watched the final episode of the sixth season of Game of Thrones, and it was marvelous. Just when I thought they couldn't top The Battle Of The Bastards episode from last week, I tune in this week and see that they did. I'm only sorry that we have to wait almost a year for the next season.

The clip above is the music from the opening scene of tonight's episode, The Winds Of Winter.

Darth By Darthwest

"DARTH BY DARTHWEST"-"VADOR AUX TROUSSES". Short Film. from Fabrice Mathieu on Vimeo.

Instead of a crop duster, Cary Grant gets chased by a TIE fighter in this imaginative mash up of North By Northwest and Star Wars. Surprisingly, it works extremely well. The original Bernard Herrmann music also fits very nicely here, too.

Ryta the Jungle Girl and the Sky Raiders

Sorry for going silent for the past few days, but I had a good excuse: I was putting the final touches on the latest Ryta adventure, which is now available for sale on Amazon.

The Amstrad are aggressively hunting Ryta and her friends through the jungles, and they have enlisted the help of a bounty hunter, a human named Gareth. When Burge and Tyler have been abducted by Gareth and taken to the Amstrad stronghold, Ryta must do everything in her power to get them back.

That includes getting a special piece of equipment that will help in the coming battle. But in order to get this equipment, Ryta has no choice but to steal it from her other most hated enemy: Mother Midnight.

High adventure and action awaits you within the latest book, Ryta The Jungle Girl and the Sky Raiders, which you can purchase right here.

The new Ryta book has a title

It also has a new cover, too, as you can see. The manuscript itself is finished; the actual writing is done. Now all that's left is the formatting process. It's not long now before it makes its debut. I'll keep you posted.

Boom

Found this awesome video on Youtube that's a full half hour of nothing but demolition explosions. Buildings, bridges, smokestacks, everything's coming down! I love watching how the buildings seemingly fold into themselves as they collapse.

An upbeat Amazing Grace

Mumford and Sons invite a bunch of friends onstage to perform an upbeat version of the classic 'Amazing Grace' song.

The latest Ryta book is in the home stretch now. Still editing/rewriting, but I'm just about halfway through that now. I plan to have this done and ready in a couple of weeks. Keep it here for the latest news on the latest Ryta adventure.

My DA page is updated

I have a new picture of two women taking a nice horseback ride. Yep, that's it. Well, some rope might be involved..... You can view the weirdness right here.

Bound on a boat

A young woman is held hostage in the cramped cabin of a boat.

Some nice struggling scenes with a pretty, barefoot damsel. I don't know what movie/TV show this is from (I didn't clip it) but the name on the file is "Kwache" if that helps.

As always, I didn't clip this, but you can find this right here.

This train is bound for glory

Mumford & Sons, as well as some friends of theirs, sing a rollicking rendition of this tune. It's a great pick me up song.

The latest Ryta book is going well. I was almost finished with it when I was struck with a good idea that forced me to go back and rewrite the manuscript. Doing the extra work is worthwhile because I think this idea gives the book a nice narrative thrust in its final section. Still more writing and editing to do, but we're getting there. Keep it here for the latest news on Ryta's new adventure.
