Ryta number 8 has begun

I started writing the eight Ryta book today. It was just a short scene revealing Ariel's reaction to some big news (if you read Ryta and the Big Bug Horror, you'd know what that was), but the ice has been broken. Work on Ryta number 8 (NUMBER 8???!!!) has officially begun.

Seeing how it takes me about two months to write these, I'm shooting for a late May finish date. I'll keep you posted.

Star Wars meets Top Gun

Star Wars Top Gun from KillCard on Vimeo.

Somebody cut all of the fighter battle scenes from Star Wars: The Force Awakens into this video and then added Kenny Loggins' theme from Top Gun on the soundtrack. Looks and sounds pretty cool. Which reminds me, Star Wars is coming out on video soon; I'd better be sure to pick up a copy.

DA is the place to be (new pic)!

I have a new picture over on Deviant Art, showing that, even if you're bound and gagged, that still doesn't save you from being chewed out! You can see it right here.

Holly Oaks scene

First off, I'd like to offer our thoughts and prayers to those in Brussels on this dark day.

Holly Oaks is a long-running British soap that has produced its fair share of scenes, like this one. Hannah Tointon is abducted by a crazy woman who keeps her in a storage container.

Hannah's very well trussed up and gagged, by the way.

But things get even more weird when Hannah's abductor decides to take her for a drive--with Hannah still bound and gagged. I didn't clip this one, but you can find this right here.

Another beach bunny gets herself into a heap of trouble again. When will these beach bunnies ever learn? You can view her predicament right here.

The newest Ryta the Jungle Girl book is out

The latest Ryta book, Ryta the Jungle Girl and the Big Bug Horror, is finished and available for sale.

Ryta and friends face a strange new threat when earthquakes rattle the lost lands, opening up crevices that contain underground tunnels. These tunnels unleash a horde of giant insects, pitting Ryta and the others in a deadly battle, one that will end in the mysterious city of Storm-Haven. This one's a rip-roaring game changer, and you can get your copy of it right here.

A Darth Maul fan film

The Phantom Menace was pretty bad, but one of the best things about that movie was its villain, a Sith Lord named Darth Maul. A bunch of talented people have made a fan film showing Darth Maul taking on a group of Jedi, and it's simply marvelous. Very well done and exciting all the way through.

New Ryta pic over on DA!

I've started work on the cover for the latest Ryta The Jungle Girl book (due for publication about mid March), and here's something that I worked on, but decided not to use. It's Ryta tied to a tree--which is something I've used on the covers before, but hopefully you can enjoy it right here.

Control Freak

A short, artsy-type film with a damsel in distress and a twist ending. Pretty well done.

In other news, the seventh Ryta book is almost done. I hope to have it ready for sale by mid-March. Keep watching this space for further news about our favorite jungle girl.
